The Flâneur is the new café-bistrot-bar in République on the boulevard du temple. In a relaxed atmosphere, offers fresh cuisine, with local products.

In his kitchen is Marius a young chef of 27 years, with great talent, inspired by his origins: a Norman mother and a Polish father and his few years spent in Greece. It offers traditional seasonal cuisine, authentic but without fuss but also dishes inspired by his last trip to Peru such as mackerel white asparagus guacamole with coriander and Aji cream. This Peruvian pepper very sweet and raised.
